We correct agreed deliverables, not promises about your business
lunivexa sells a written scope for landing pages, visual identity, plain-language copy, and starter business packaging. This statement separates a fix to the work agreed from outcomes no studio can control, including leads, revenue, search ranking, or growth.

The written scope is the reference point
Before work begins, the inquiry becomes a written scope. It names the selected service, the agreed deliverables, the source material supplied by the client, review boundaries, and the price basis. Public pages do not show a binding quote. The actual quote depends on those agreed parts.
A focused landing page might include one responsive page, content structure, visual direction, and handoff. A small identity set might include mark direction, type and colour decisions, a usage sheet, and selected exports. A plain-language copy pass is based on page count and source material. A starter business pack is based on the chosen asset set.
Scope matters because “make it better” is not a measurable correction. We put the useful version in writing before the studio starts making files.
What counts as a deliverable correction
A correction is a material mismatch between the delivered work and the agreed written scope. Examples include a missing page section that was listed, a supplied factual detail copied incorrectly, an agreed export omitted, or a responsive layout that does not reflect the approved content structure at a supported viewport.
Send the concern in writing to [email protected]. Include the relevant file or page, the exact part that differs from the scope, and a short description of the expected version. Screenshots can help. Do not send passwords or payment details.
We assess the issue against the approved scope and source material. If it is a correction, lunivexa will make the agreed work match that scope or explain the technical constraint and propose the nearest workable route.
No guarantee of leads, revenue, ranking, or growth
The studio can shape a clear page, a recognisable identity, and words grounded in claims the operator can prove. It cannot guarantee leads, sales, revenue, search ranking, traffic, launch timing, customer response, or business growth. Those outcomes depend on the offer, market, pricing, operations, advertising, search systems, the client’s decisions, and events outside the studio’s control.
That boundary applies to a small business brand package, Austin branding and web design, landing page copy and design, and any combined first version. A better page can remove friction. It cannot promise what a stranger will buy or what a platform will rank.
We will not write invented testimonials, ratings, awards, certifications, customer counts, or performance figures to make a deliverable sound stronger. If the business cannot support a claim, it does not belong in the copy.
Client material and approvals still matter
Corrections rely on accurate source material and a clear approval. The client supplies factual business information, permissions for supplied material, and decisions needed to complete the agreed work. lunivexa does not verify every commercial, legal, regulatory, or product claim on a client’s behalf.
A factual change after approval, a new service, a new audience, extra pages, an additional identity direction, a new review round, or a different file set may be useful work, but it is not automatically a warranty correction. The studio will describe the change and the price basis before taking it on.
The studio does not supply trademark clearance or legal advice. A design scope is not an accessibility certification and cannot secure search-engine placement or advertising-platform approval. Nothing in this statement limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
How to raise a concern
Send an inquiry through the contact route or email [email protected]. Call +1 (420) 555-3361 if a written note is not practical. Include your name, the business address, the relevant service, the delivered file or URL, and the scope sentence you believe is not met. The address is 140 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 11528.
We will review the concern against the written scope and reply with the next useful step. The studio does not turn a commercial performance question into a fake defect, and it does not dismiss a genuine deliverable mismatch as a matter of taste.

Start with the piece that needs to work
Tell us whether the problem is the page, the identity files, the language, or the starter pack. Send the rough notes. We will find the useful sentence and scope the first version without pretending it is a guarantee of growth.
