This page gives a direct route for an access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal request. Use the form when you want a written record, or contact the studio by email or phone if the form is not suitable.
Start with the details we can act on
Use the form below to ask about personal information associated with your name, phone number, email address, business address, inquiry, chat, or consent choice. Please do not put passwords, payment information, identity documents, or unrelated private material in the notes field. This is an inquiry-only studio and the form does not take payment.
We review and answer requests as required by applicable law. The route is for information held by lunivexa, not for a client’s own customer records or content placed into a finished website. If you are asking for a correction to a project deliverable, use the warranty and corrections route.
Four requests, one useful explanation
Select the action that best describes what you need. Access means asking what personal information we hold and how it is used. Correction means pointing out information that is wrong or incomplete. Deletion means asking us to remove information where the law permits it. Consent withdrawal means asking us to stop relying on a permission you previously gave for storage or a reply.
Withdrawing consent does not rewrite processing that was lawful before withdrawal. It also does not automatically delete a project record or a message that must be retained for another lawful reason. We will explain the practical result in the response.
Give enough context without sending more than needed
Tell us the email address or phone number used when you contacted the studio, along with the approximate subject of the inquiry. If the request concerns advertising identifiers, include the landing URL or identifier type if you have it: Google’s gclid, Microsoft’s msclkid, or Meta’s fbclid. Do not send a full browser history.
We may ask for reasonable confirmation before disclosing or changing information. That protects the person making the request and other people whose details could appear in a shared conversation. We do not ask for a sensitive identity document through this form.
The studio checks the scope before it answers
Requests are reviewed and answered as required by applicable law. We explain any verification step or lawful extension that affects the response. The time needed depends on whether the request is clear, whether we need to verify the requester, and whether a legal reason requires some information to remain.
A response may confirm that a request is complete, ask one focused question, describe what can be done, or explain why a part cannot be completed. If you ask to withdraw consent, we record the choice and update the relevant storage signals. Consent Mode v2 uses ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage as denied until storage is allowed, and sets them back to denied when you decline.
