These terms took effect on September 28, 2026 and were last updated that day. Using the site, reading a card or sending an inquiry means you accept them. If you do not, close the tab. Nothing on the site requires an account, so there is nothing to cancel.

"We" and "the desk" in these terms mean Lunivexa. "You" means the adult reading the site or writing to us.

We publish reference cards for sleep medicines used by adults, grouped into five families on the insomnia medication list: orexin receptor antagonists, Z-drugs, ramelteon, low-dose sedating antidepressants and over-the-counter aids. Each dose figure is taken from the current US prescribing label and carries its source line. We also run an inquiry desk. You write in about a card; we send back the printable card and a one-page question sheet for your prescriber.

We do not:

• prescribe, or recommend one medicine over another for you;
• dispense, sell, supply or ship any medicine or supplement;
• diagnose insomnia, depression, anxiety or anything else;
• answer questions about anyone under 18;
• run an emergency line. For an emergency call 911. For a mental health crisis call or text 988.

Information only. Not a prescription, not a diagnosis. Talk to your prescriber or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing a dose.

A label dose is a starting point written for the average patient in a trial. Yours may be lower. Zolpidem is the obvious case: the label start dose for women is 5 mg, and the FDA cut it in 2013 because of next-morning blood levels. Your age, liver, other medicines and alcohol all move the number, and only someone who knows those facts can set it.

Where a card says Off-label, as it does for trazodone and mirtazapine for sleep, there is no label dose for that use and we print none. Do not read an off-label card as permission.

Stopping some of these medicines suddenly causes rebound insomnia and, with some, withdrawal. Do not stop on the strength of anything you read here. See the sleep medication safety rules for tapering and next-morning driving.

There is no cart, no checkout and no payment on lunivexa.us. We take no card details. An inquiry through the contact form or the chat is a question, not an order, and it creates no contract of sale.

Any figure you see on the site, a dose, a half-life, an hours-in-bed rule, is reference information from a label. None of it is a quote. If a reply from the desk ever mentions what a medicine tends to cost at a pharmacy, that is an estimate for orientation and binds nobody. The real price is set by your pharmacy and your plan.

An inquiry never becomes an order for medicine with us, because we have none to sell. What it becomes is a reply: the card, the source line and the question sheet, sent to the email you gave.

Reading the site costs nothing. Sending an inquiry and getting the card back costs nothing. We charge no fee, in US dollars or any other currency, for anything on this site today.

Medicine prices are outside our hands. Pharmacy cost varies by insurance plan, formulary tier, pharmacy and whether a generic exists. Shelf prices for over-the-counter aids vary by store. If we ever introduce a paid service, it will be priced in USD, described on its own page before anyone is asked to pay, and announced under section 14. It will not be added to an inquiry you already sent.

You may read, print and share the cards for personal use and to take to an appointment. You may not:

• use the desk to try to obtain medicine, a prescription or advice on getting a controlled substance without one;
• send inquiries on behalf of a child, or about a child;
• send someone else's health details without their permission;
• scrape the site in bulk, probe it for weaknesses or overload the forms and chat;
• republish the cards as your own, or strip the source line and the medical disclaimer when you share them;
• abuse or threaten the people who answer the chat.

The card text, the page copy, the night route diagram, the photographs, the Lunivexa name, the logo and the stamp mark belong to Lunivexa or are used under licence. The prescribing labels we cite are public documents; our plain-language rewriting of them is ours.

Printing a card for your own appointment is fine. Anything commercial needs written permission from [email protected] first.

Apart from the guarantee in section 07, the site and the desk's replies are provided as is. We do not warrant that a card lists every side effect, every interaction or every warning on the full label. Cards are short on purpose. A full prescribing label often runs to dozens of pages. We do not warrant that the site is always available or free of errors in anything other than dose figures.

Links to DailyMed, the FDA and platform policies go to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content.

To the extent Texas law allows, Lunivexa is not liable for any loss that comes from taking, stopping or changing a medicine based on the site without a prescriber's or pharmacist's advice, or for indirect or consequential loss of any kind. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for anything arising from it is limited to US$100.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We may stop replying to, block or end a chat or inquiry thread that breaks section 08, including anyone who keeps asking how to get a Schedule IV medicine without a prescription. We may take the site or any card offline to correct it. You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete what you sent under the data request route.

These terms run under the law of Texas, United States. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas. If you live in another US state or abroad, any consumer protection rights your own law gives you and that cannot be waived still apply.

When these terms change, the version number and effective date at the top of this page change with them, and a one-line note of what moved goes into this section. A change that affects an inquiry already sent does not apply to it without your agreement. Material changes are posted at least 14 days before they take effect.
